Terrible and feedback complaint ignored
Found the car park and got in fairly easily through the automatic barrier. Once inside this large car park searched in vain for a space. It was crammed full. Cars were already parked in gateways, and verges not intended as car spaces. Cars had squeezed onto the end of lines obstructing the search. I could not find a space and with time wating I had to contact a staff member on the intercom where I was directed to the other Jet Parks Car Park to find this was being used as a Covid testing site and the available space was sealed off by a temporary fence. More time wasted! I was sent to the same place a second time with the same result as before and after calling on an intercomI was eventually getting sent to Long Stay 2 from which point things went relatively smoothly and the staff were helpful and polite. As a service providing organisation however you should not be allowing cars into such a large car park that is full expecting your customers to trawl around in futile frustration when they literally have a plane to catch!!!! I was sent pillar to post with no joy. The reason I had paid the fee for parking was thinking that my experience would be hassle and stress free. They failed badly. I wouldn't recommend this incompetent and inconsiderate business to anyone. I complained to them on their official site over a month ago and they haven't even replied. If you want a crap and frustrating start to your trip or holiday then Jetparks is for you.

Poor management of car park and buses, disgraceful customer service
So they provide the wrong address for Jetpark Ringways, I am charged for late collection, which I can understand sort of, however, this was down to my airline not providing a return plane, but they do have an exception policy, which covers nothing, so why list it. Also, my car has a ding in the door, and their response was to call the police as you leave it at your own risk. What is the point in paying for your car to be protected? I get the additional cost is neither my fault nor theirs, but the way they handle and speak to you, is disgrace full and left me looking for alternative options for the future, also I had to wait for the bus to come round three times before I could get on to return to my car. Poor management of the buses, free for all, for what should be dedicated parking and overall terrible experience. Will not use again.

Awful experience, avoid
Awful experience, take your money without any spaces being available. Driving around for an hour and 15 minutes before getting lucky with a space, in the end had to end up paying extra for a taxi otherwise would have been really pushed for time at the airport (in addition the nightmare that is Manchester airport)

Awful service and customer service
On return to Manchester Airport at 1am, I waited 45 minutes for a transfer to JetParks 3 this is despite their website stating they have buses every 15 minutes on the bus. Once the bus arrived I heard on the drivers radio from another driver saying they should drop it to every 30 minutes!!! Won't be parking here again awful service!

Waited over an hour for a transfer bus & nearly missed flight
After parking in JetParks 3, I had to wait over an hour for a transfer bus, nearly causing me to miss my flight. Given the max waiting time online was stated to be 15 minutes, this was disgraceful. I contacted Manchester Airport about this experience; two weeks later I have received no reply. An appalling standard of service on every level.

Really long wait for shuttle
Easy enough to get parked although some people near us had driven round for ages for a space but we then had to wait 50 minutes for a bus which was ridiculously full. It was just as bad on the way home and when it did eventually arrive it was too full to fit everyone who was waiting. Have used Jetparks3 before without problems but wouldn't again.

Worst ever Parking
Under no circumstaces should you use jetparks Manchester Airport. I arrived im plenty of time last Thursday morning for an early morning flght to Paris, after some time standing around myself and other customers asked a member of staff what was going on, we were told it was staff change over time. By the time the buses started to appear there were so many cutomers that the first two buses could not accomodate any more cutomers by the time they got to the final stops. when we eventuly arrived at T2 we could not get on our flight and had to book with another flght at further expense. Look at the reviews this is a disgraceful company and service, do not use them under any circumstances.

A no star option wasn’t available, just like the parking spaces
I booked Jetparks at East Midlands Airport with the understanding that my brand new car would be safe in an alloted parking space while I was on holiday. Wrong! I arrived to find the car park was jam packed to the point that cars where literally all over the place because all of the spaces where full. I drove around for over an hour & eventually parked in bushes! To add insult to that, I missed my check in because of it & had to pay for another flight. So on top of over £80 to park, it cost me another £134 to get to my destination. Disgusted.

Terrible Rip Off
After arriving back in the UK last night we were delayed due to the transfer coach from the plane to the terminal at East Midlands. Then I had to wait for a Jet Parks bus to take me to the car park. I had booked the parking until 1am but arrived at the car at 1.15am and drove out 5 mins later.

After finding my way out of the car park to the barrier, I was shocked that I could just drive out with the Number Plate Recognition. After contacting a rude lady I was told I had to pay an extra £10 because I was late and run over!!

I would expect any company providing a service to build in a buffer as flying has so many variables. Especially if is minutes.

I then had a flashback to another time this had happened. This is a con. After last night's episode, I would rather walk to the airport than use their facilities. How many £10 have they taken from people who can do nothing about delays. Plus their customer service is rude.

Never again. Buyer beware!!!

Great service
I often park at Jet Parks Manchester with no trouble at all. I have recently needed some assistance with extending a stay and the help I received was exceptional. I would like to thank Pete at the control centre for his fantastic help. He went over and above. Thank you.

Considering parking your car is the start of your holiday, we was disappointed to be greeted by a miserable car park check in attendant, then to top it off the bus driver must have been related as he was as miserable as sin to and also throws bags/suitcases with no respect for peoples belongings !!!!

Absolute disgrace of a company - Stole our money
Absolute disgrace of a company, its a pity there is a no star rating. Theft and fraud is what they have done. Phone lines advertised on their website DO NOT WORK. The contact us forms advertised on their website DO NOT WORK. Due to Covid flights being cancelled we had to change our car park booking so for several weeks prior we were trying to contact them to do this but no phone lines and no replies to my emails. All I wanted to simply do is change the dates till next year because our flight was cancelled, it would probably take 90 seconds and 2 clicks of a computer button to do. Basically they made it impossible to change our booking dates so we lost nearly £100 at Manchester airport. Having now to report them to my credit card company to try and get our money back. These people do not have any human beings you can talk to, any phone lines that work, or will reply to any emails you send them. Quite a good ploy actually, especially in Covid times when flights are being cancelled, they make it impossible for you to amend your booking to later dates and instead just bank your money. These thieves need reporting to the ombudsman, they are an absolute disgrace of a business.

Have I got it wrong ? well take a look at all of the terrible feedback scores they get, they do not deserve to be in business, basically stealing hard working families money, they should be ashamed.

This company is bad as bad gets I…
This company is bad as bad gets I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. Booked for Manchester ringway this morning and received email to advise we were now at Jetparks 3. Arrived at Manchester airport no signage whatsoever for Jetparks 3, finally found it after asking numerous staff and on arriving there found it closed and no way of speaking to anyone.
Finally found jetparks1 where I was advised I should have left home earlier, no mate do your job and update people on changes you are making and get your signage sorted.
Finally told to go to drop and go where I had to leave my key, which I was reluctant to do and not at all happy, then sprinted across the car park to get to check in just as they were closing.
Never again, my parking was booked for 4.15. I left home at 3.25 for a 40 minute drive and got to check in at 5.40.

Used Jetparks for the second time last…
Used Jetparks for the second time last week. First time was not good but thought I would give them another try. Big mistake!!. We arrived at there pick up point outside the airport at 20 past midnight along with about 20 other people including many young children. We telephoned numerous times as did many others but either did not answer phone or said bus would be there in 5 minutes. Eventually picked us up at ten past one despite only being just over 10 minutes away. Will never use again
